Michelle McMurray Anderson Founder of Mellow Up
Nurturer, creative spirit, and lifelong learner, Michelle McMurray Anderson is the heart behind Mellow Up. A proud mom of three and grandmother to one bright granddaughter, Michelle’s journey has always been guided by care, connection, and purpose.
Her professional path began as a salon owner, where she built a community rooted in self-expression and confidence. That same heart for people led her into a career in nursing, where she spent years caring for others , from bedside to travel assignments across the country.
During the quiet and uncertain days of 2020, while homeschooling her children and seeking natural ways to support their wellness, Michelle discovered her love for herbal healing and holistic balance. What began as a home experiment with teas and tinctures quickly blossomed into a calling.
Mellow Up was born from that moment — a reflection of Michelle’s belief that peace is power and that wellness begins with small, mindful rituals. Each Mellow Up blend is crafted with intention, inspired by her journey through motherhood, medicine, and mindfulness.
Today, Michelle blends her background in healing with her creative passion to inspire others toward a more peaceful, intentional lifestyle. Her mission is to guide others on their wellness journey, encouraging them to pause with purpose, reconnect with themselves and others, create with intention, and nurture both their inner peace and higher being.

📦 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. As we grow, we look forward to expanding our shipping options!

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
🍵 How long will my tea stay fresh?
Our teas are best enjoyed within 6–12 months of purchase when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, keep your tea in an airtight container.
💛 Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! We offer weekly in-person pick-up during designated time slots. Pick-up details will be determined and provided upon purchase.
🌼 What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your teas. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [your email]within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
